Once your campaign is ready, your cart abandoning customers will automatically receive emails notifying them to complete check out.
To set up a cart abandonment campaign, go to the app menu in your store and select 'Mailmunch - Email Popup' app to get redirected to Mailmunch's dashboard.
Once inside click on Create New Campaign to access the popup hover menu. Here you’ll find an option for ‘Abandoned Cart Flow’.
Once you click on the option, Mailmunch will generate 3 email drafts for you. All you have to do is tweak the emails to your liking, set the days between the emails and your abandoned cart email series will be ready.
