Now MailMunch lets you set custom favicons for your landing pages to take your personalization even further.

A personalized favicon gives your brand a consistent look and improves brand awareness and recognizability. Just like your logo, a favicon gives your users something to remember you by, favicons can help your landing pages stand out and become memorable.

Favicons also support easy navigation.  When your visitors have multiple tabs open, they can easily spot your landing page through the clutter by clicking on your favicon. A well-designed favicon automatically appeals to the user’s eye and they don’t even have to think about searching for it, as a simple scan will reveal your landing page amongst the many tabs.

Until now, all landing pages built with MailMunch showed the MailMunch icon as the favicon. This may have resulted in a disconnect for some site visitors. Now, you can show your own site logo as the favicon, so your site visitors will never feel like they left your website. Your landing pages will feel like a natural part of your own website.

How to add your own custom favicon

Open your MailMunch account and click on ‘Manage Sites’ on the top left corner.

In the ‘General Tab’ go to the Favicon field and choose your logo, icon or any image asset you’d like to use as a favicon. Your favicon must be a minimum 52x52 and no larger than 300x300, and the image has to be square. PNG and JPEGs are supported.

favicon upload page

Once selected, go and create your landing page. When you publish, you’ll be given a short URL to share your page. If you click on that URL, you’ll see your landing page open with your new custom favicon.
